Data Deletion Instructions

Self-Service Removal

  1. Sign in to your CreatorFlow AI account.
  2. Go to Accounts and disconnect any connected social platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). This revokes access tokens immediately.
  3. Go to Settings and click Delete Account to remove all your data.

Request by Email

If you cannot access your account, email chudirputmehedi@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will permanently delete your personal data, access tokens, and content history within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

What Is Deleted

  • Account profile (email, name)
  • Connected social platform tokens and metadata
  • Scheduled posts and content history
  • AI-generated suggestions and analytics linked to your account

Facebook / Meta Users

You can also remove CreatorFlow AI from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → CreatorFlow AI → Remove. Doing so revokes our access immediately; to also delete data stored on our side, follow the steps above.
